New innovative methods of case based teaching are being employed at ITS, Ghaziabad for its PGDM students. While so much has been debated about case based management teaching, it still remains a fairly unexploited area in many of the B-Schools. Newer methods of case based teaching are being tried at ITS, Ghaziabad to see the extent of improvement in teaching – learning process among PGDM students. It is remarkable that more and more faculty is taking keen interest in developing new cases and caselets which are interesting, thought provoking, experiential and inspiring. ITS plans to bring out case book of its own to improve the student learning. Regular FDP programs in this area as are scheduled at ITS in coming days should ensure that maximum benefit is derived from the potential of CASE BASED TEACHING.
